Running for Life
Over the years, I’ve learned something important about leadership. People who act with real clarity are usually not the loudest. They don’t rush to speak or try to impress. They move with purpose, not noise. I was reminded of this when I saw an image of a lion chasing a deer. The lion runs for food. The deer runs for life. Many times, the deer escapes.
